The big day has arrived! It’s one year today since I posted the first story in teh crack epic Resurrection. When I wrote the first little snippet, I never intended to write a sequel, much less a series, but here we are 90,000 words and 14 fics later (and for old time’s sake, I remind everyone that it is all [livejournal.com profile] sasha_b’s fault).

To mark the occasion, the answers to teh crack five question meme are here.

I’ve also written little ficlet interlude, which is here.

If anyone has anything they want to share on this, o so auspicious day, please feel free to do so in the comments to this post.

Also, I just wanted to say that I’ve had a lot of fun writing this series, and I hope you’ve enjoyed it as well. Thanks for reading, and for all your comments. They are very much appreciated and I treasure each and every one. As much as I do enjoy plotting and cackling over this fic, I confess that it would probably not get much further than my own head if I didn’t know that someone was out there actually reading.

Enough with the blah blah blah.

Happy Resurrection Day!

I love the series beyond all words. I love the way you see the knights and Arthur, I love the way you're building this 'verse so clearly and cleanly and no one seems to get lost in the shuffle, even though you have a huge cast of characters, I love your Lancelot like I love air (and Diet Dr. Pepper, which I actually love more than air because sometimes I am *out* of DDP, but air's always there). I love the tension you're building and where I think you're going and how I'm not *sure* that's where you're going, but it doesn't matter, because the ride is so fabulous, the destination doesn't really matter until we get there.

So thank you for sharing Resurrection with us and thank you for continuing to write on it and share the rest of the story with us, and when's the next chapter due?

Also, in my head, Lancelot and Tristan are having a slumber party, and Lancelot's braiding Tristan's hair and they're comparing boys and girls and what they like about one and about the other and what they really don't like and if someone doesn't stop there, there's likely to be a fight with sparkly nail polish. I'm just sayin'.

Thanks so much for this. : ) The thing that makes me happiest is knowing that, as much as I'm having a blast writing it (when I'm not wailing and tearing my hair out at any rate), somewhere someone is enjoying reading it.

They so totally are. And they're going make popcorn and s'mores and then they're going to go spy on Arthur and Dinaden, but since they're Tris and Lance, they're going to do the spying from outside on the 5 inch wide window ledge, while trying not to giggle loud enough to give themselves away.

And wow, like Diet Dr. Pepper? I'm completely flattered. : )

How can people not be loving it? I mean, you're giving us such *fun*. Okay, painful, angsty fun, but FUN! Hee.

Maybe the boys'll get a little liquored up before perching on the ledge and crack up the next day when they get certain questions/looks about their bruises. *adores*

Hee! You totally know they would be drunk as they traipse about on the ledges. And you know that Lancelot's going to fall off and land in the bushes. Tristan wouldn't lose his balance no matter how drunk he is, but Lancelot's going to latch on to him before he goes down.

When Arthur asks Lancelot about where all the scratches came from, he's going to tell him it was a cat. Arthur will be dubious, but will decide that he doesn't really want to know. When people ask Tristan why he's limping, he's going to give them a Look, and they're going to shut their mouths and walk away (and then gossip among themselves as to why it is that Tristan is wearing glitter nail polish).

And Arthur will happen upon Tristan limping and put two and two together and sigh and rub his hand over his eyes and say "I don't want to know, do I?" And Tristan will shrug and say "Do you ever? Really?"
