Crackeriffic Party Planning
Jan. 18th, 2007 12:00 pmHee. Thanks to everyone who said they might want to come out and play on teh crack’s big day (you guys are awesome)! Celebrations are one week from today on January 25, the one year anniversary of the post of Resurrection. (If you don’t know what I’m talking about look here.)
What I’ll do is I will make a post the night before and you can comment with your placating offerings of worship to Lancelot whatever you want there, if that works for you. It can be anything. Drabbles, fic, pictures, fashion reviews of the content of Galahad’s closet, recipes Bruenor might want to try, knock knock jokes, literary analysis of the author’s deep seated emotional issues, happy re-birthday wishes. It’s all good. : ) Feel free to ask questions if you have them.
Since I’m not going to be able to finish the next installment of the actual story by then, if anyone is interested in playing, I'll do one of those five questions memes. The instructions are:
Hope you have some cracktistic fun with this!

Since I’m not going to be able to finish the next installment of the actual story by then, if anyone is interested in playing, I'll do one of those five questions memes. The instructions are:
You comment to this post with a topic, list, category, whatever having to do with Resurrection (i.e., "5 Things Arthur did to pass the time before the knights were resurrected that he would never, ever want them to know" or "5 times Bruenor made the kitchen explode" or "5 ways Galahad learned about fashion"). I'll try and post the answers on the 25th.
Hope you have some cracktistic fun with this!

Date: 2007-01-18 05:26 pm (UTC)Five things the knights learned about kitchens!
Galaahad's five most embarassing fashion faux paus.
Five slightly illegal things the knights have done that Arthur does not know about.
And depending on how far my reading gets I may or may not be able to participate on the 25th myself. :D

Date: 2007-01-18 05:27 pm (UTC)I really love the Resurrection series, but since I am not a writer, I'll contribute some prompts to help celebrate:
1. 5 Things That, Arthur is Unaware of, but Are Better now that Lancelot is back (and One that he is aware of);
2. 5 Things that Bedevil even Merlin in This New Era;
3. 5 Times that Gwen Tried to Entice Arthur that failed because of Lancelot.
4. [And one that you might not want to answer -- 4 Ways that Arthur and Lancelot Don't Take Over the World, and One Way that They Do.]

Date: 2007-01-19 12:09 am (UTC)I don't hate you! If I hated you, I'd have chosen something sappy like 5 Ways Arthur shows L he loves him. *wink*

Snow, shmow -- turned to slush by the time I got into Manhattan. Bah. Thank god for waterproof suede.

The 5 things Lancelot hates the most about the 21st century, and the one thing he loves (excluding Arthur, of course).
The 5 reasons why Arthur will never allow a computer with internet in the house.

Date: 2007-01-19 12:59 pm (UTC)- 5 things Arthur has done before the ressurection of the knights sounds like fun *laughing already thinking at Arthur trying women underwear or such things*
- 5 things Dinadaine can try to make Tristan talk to him
- 5 Things Tristan and Lancelot have done together for fun.
Well...I think the first one is winning in my mind over the others. *laughs ^O^ *

Date: 2007-01-23 06:33 am (UTC)Five things Lancelot doesn't know about Arthur, but Tristran does.
Five times Tristran has covered for Lancelot when Arthur was looking for his first knight.
Five of Tristran's traits/skills that Lancelot envies.
In all the years they've known each other Lancelot has asked Tristran to keep five secrets, which he has faithfully done. What are those secrets?
On five occasions Arthur ordered Tristran to assassinate someone. Describe the circumstances.

Date: 2007-01-23 06:13 pm (UTC)While it would seem that a practical, intelligent military leader would make use of all weapons at hand, including assassination, I'm not sure if Arthur is that practical (or intelligent ; ) ). Also, even if so, I'm not sure if he would be able to actually order one of the knights to carry it out. It makes for an interesting premise (and maybe a fic?), but not something I think I can do here.

Date: 2007-01-24 06:35 am (UTC)I very much appreciate your comments on that last one. It was on my mind because one of the drabbles I'm working on sorta deals with that.
