Five things Lancelot would do on the London Tube during rush hour.
1. Lancelot once speculated aloud that it might be better to ride on top of the train rather than in it. Arthur quickly shut down this line of conversation, but he still worries about it.
2. At first he thought it was just the sway of the train, but when Lancelot brushed against Arthur again in that particular way, Arthur was torn between arousal and annoyance. He furiously whispered to Lancelot that just wait until he got the knight home. He realized after he said the words that he might have chosen them poorly if his aim was deterrence.
3. The man’s fingers were not actually broken, although it felt like they were. Remembering the demonic glow in the furious, dark eyes, the man never tried to cop a free grope on the tube again.
4. Arthur tried to explain to Lancelot that yelling “fire” was not a good thing to do in a crowded train car, but Lancelot only looked smug as he draped himself across the row of empty seats.
5. It was only after the doors snapped shut and the train was beginning to accelerate that Galahad realized that Lancelot and Tristan had ditched him. He was so going to tell on them to Gareth.
Thanks to everyone for playing. I hope you had fun!

Date: 2006-09-01 09:17 pm (UTC)1 is especially funny since there's only about 6 inches between the top of the cars and the tunnel roof on the Tube -- and none of the subway cars in London are air-conditioned.
