Dance puppet, dance!

In fit of insanity, or actually, because I am merely [livejournal.com profile] sasha_b's hapless puppet, I have joined [livejournal.com profile] talking_muses to play Lancelot to her Arthur. The character journal is [livejournal.com profile] sarmatian_son. Perhaps not the wisest thing to do (especially considering that I don't think I really like writing in first person), but, you know, puppet. And it should be fun. : ) Feel free to check it out if you're inclined, although there's not much up there yet.

Not to worry, though, it has not distracted me from my task of crack dealing. I've sent the chapter off to my puppet master. I might almost be done, although almost maybe a little while yet. Since, you know, 40 pages to edit. Did I mention 40 pages?

He was feeling left out (he says he wasn't, but he was pouting). He likes armor, so he didn't want to wear modern civvies.

But I am a bit worried about that smirk. What exactly would Tris have to have done to be smiling like that?

That smirk was a result of a reconnaissance mission to see what Agravaine was up to. As usual, the surely bugger refused to socialize with the rest of the knights properly, and decided to experience the scene at Le Jeu Pleurant (that special bar Bors discovered) by himself.

He quite likes the atmosphere, and has made the hostess Kiki his new (and possibly only) friend. He likes the fact that she's an old-fashioned, classy gal who won't let him go all the way until they get to know each other better. He buys her flowers, chocolate, and a couple of margaritas whenever he turns up, and dreams of a beautiful future together once that Roman is out of the way.

Tris has never quite forgiven him for putting the moves on Din one night when they were all very drunk. He bought his new digital camera in anticipation of the day when Kiki finally brings him home.

Er, I meant surly bugger!

Bwahahaa! That's too funny. See--once they start talking to you . . . . : )

Tristan's going to make a pretty penny off the those pictures--or at least he's not going to have to do another chore around the house for a very long time. Everyone's going to want a look.
