yup. Greek mythology is crazy. : ) Though, actually, this isn't really that bad. When you start really looking at is, you find a lot of crazy stuff like the mortal women Zeus pursues are sometimes actually his own descendants--which is just ewww.
The whole A/P relationship is bad enough--I had to go with one of the alternatives for Patroklos's mother for my fic. Otherwise I don't think I could have handled it. : )
