Notes: For
ka100 challenge 28a, Lines from Monty Python and the Quest for the Holy Grail (What is your name? What is your quest? What is your favorite color?)
They’d had so many commanders that Bors joked it was pointless to learn names: "Call’em sir to their faces; bastards to their backs."
But bastards came in variants, and it paid to know which you were dealing with. This variant was new. He was moving among the knights, asking their names. When he stood before Lancelot, Lancelot blandly stated, “Gareth.” Gareth rolled his eyes, but obligingly answered, “Lancelot." Thus, a trend was born.
Lancelot left for the stables, whistling. He didn’t care to know the Roman’s name, but he was interested in meeting the grey he had ridden in on.
