So, you gonna keep it up through the summer? Couldn't do it (love ice cream on the weekend), though my own summer weekday diet started today. Big balanced brunch on event days; oatmeal/cereal breakfast plus sandwich or salad lunch on non-event ones; soup or salad dinner, plus Greek yogurt with berries and Splenda for dessert. Snacks = limited to sugar free Red Bull. Weekends don't count. We'll see if that makes a difference come swimsuit buying time. Tried my old one on and went AAAAAAAAH!!! ;D
